Your order will include a beautiful lit framed graphic of your choice.  The frame will have a mounting clip on the back to hang on a wall. Your order will include either a plug-in power adaptor or battery pack depending on which has been ordered.

The batteries we offer are rated by milliamp hours (mAh)  the higher rating of mAh the longer the battery will last.  We recommend 12000mAh battery for Frames 25”x15” and larger. The battery will come with a charging unit and must be recharged periodically.

The file can be submitted to us via WeTransfer or Dropbox in high resolution pdf, JPEG, or TIF format. Resolution over 150 DPI is best.

Yes! We would be happy to print additional graphics for you and will provide instructions via email or on our website for how to change out your graphic.

We stand behind our products. Each Photo-Graf-X lightbox is quality tested before shipping to you. If something doesn’t work upon arrival we will take it back and repair or replace it.

Depending on where you’d like to install your lightbox, the battery pack allows for wire-free installation, no wires to fish or hide. Simply turn on and charge when you need to.
